This private country house with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is in a stunning semi-rural location and has a total of 1.5 acres of garden.

The views from the house are the highlight in an amazingly private location.

The garden is south facing so has the sun all day and the wildlife you will see is an absolute delight. Geese, deer, owls and birds of prey are all around if you take the time to look.

The property is a few minutes’ drive from one of the amazing local pubs in the 16th century village of Henley-in-Arden, and you’ll also have access to more restaurants, ice cream shops etc. Walking directly from the property is also a delight.

Amenities include full Fibre 500 MBPS Wi-Fi, a brand new 7-Seater Hot Tub, 65-inch smart TV and plenty of parking.

Beds can be made up as either singles or Super kings and will sleep 12 guests.

Henley-in-Arden is less than 3 miles and Shakespeare’s Stratford upon Avon just 7 miles. A truly amazing venue.

Things to note

Although very private, there are neighbouring properties, so guests must be mindful of making too much noise especially at night. Considering this, we have a rule that the hot tub should only be used up until 11.00 pm. No live bands, or music after 11.00pm.

Only those staying at the property are permitted on site up to the maximum number that the property sleeps.
