Property Description

Seaflowers has five beautifully appointed en suite bedrooms on the ground floor and a generously sized suite for four adults (or a family of up to five) on the first floor. The rooms are purpose-built, offering luxury and comfort. All bedrooms are equipped with tea & coffee facilities, a mini refrigerator, premium quality Egyptian cotton linen, large fluffy towels, a hairdryer and toiletries. Guests can book the entire guesthouse for 14 people for complete privacy, or opt for a room only basis to enjoy the luxury of a five-star hotel room with the convenience of shared facilities.

A maximum of two dogs are allowed at a cost of £100 per dog which will be added onto the final booking cost.

Communal Areas:

When booked privately, guests have full exclusive use of Seaflowers’ property and gardens. Or opt to book on a room-only basis, sharing the communal areas and garden with other guests.

The well-equipped kitchen offers all the conveniences you need. The large dining space has seating for 14, and plenty of comfortable lounge seating to relax in front of the television or to play games together.

The interior communal areas include:

  • Large kitchen with induction hob, double ovens, large fridge freezer, wine fridge, Quooker boiling water tap, toaster, Grind coffee machine (takes Nespresso capsules) and plenty of dinnerware
  • Large dining table with seating for 14
  • Lounge area with large sofas and smart television
  • Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer
  • Downstairs bathroom
  • Hallway with games cupboard

Large gardens + hot tub!

Seaflowers’ generous gardens sweep directly down to Frogmore Creek. Full-house bookings have exclusive use, with room-only bookings sharing the outdoor areas.

A terrace extends around the creek-side of the property, overlooking a large lawn that slopes down to the creek. Seaflowers owns the rights to the foreshore and from Spring 2025 our boatshed will be kitted out with stand-up paddle boards for you to use during your stay. You are also welcome to bring your own boats, kayaks and paddle boards, with access either through the garden or via a lane alongside the property where you can drive right down to the shoreline.

There is a small chicken garden on the roadside of the property, with fresh eggs available for guests. If you’re lucky you’ll meet our favourite hen Mildred; don’t be surprised if you see her roaming free, it’s ok, she always comes home to roost!

The Annex

Seaflowers has an adjacent Annex, which shares the driveway with the main property where Suzy the owner lives. The Annex (a one bedroom apartment with its own private enclosed garden) can also be rented – Enquire directly for the best rates and availability. Together with The Annex, Seaflowers can accommodate 16 people.

Absolutely wonderful time in this beautiful house. Surroundings were stunning and we enjoyed the local pub, (The Globe) dog walks around Frogmore and visiting nearby Salcombe and Kingsbridge. We hired the whole house for 14 of us aged 9 years to 93 years of age and it was perfect for everyone. The customised artwork brings so much character to the house and ties in beautifully with the surrounding nature. We are planning our next visit!

What an amazing stay we had! Suzy was perfect with communication. Great host and the property was perfect. Exactly what we needed and more. Will definitely be staying again. I would recommend to anyone thinking of staying. The whole experience was amazing.

We stayed here for a girly weekend away and I could not recommend more! The location is stunning and the air BnB is just as great! The hot tub is lovely and there is literally everything you could possibly need there. We will definitely be back!

It is an amazing house in a beautiful location - wonderful views over the estuary - lots of indoor and outdoor space. We had fantastic weather and spent most of the time on the terrace but very roomy inside too if it had rained. It is five stars all round. Thanks Suzy!!!
