This truly unique and beautiful home is the perfect base to visit our vibrant city. In the heart of the Laines and next door to the Brighton Pavilion, you really couldn’t get any more central! This spacious place sleeps 22 at full capacity with 6 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms.
Whether visiting with family, friends or a hen do, this home has everything to offer. Brand newly styled & renovated by a local interior designer the home has a luxurious feel and has been designed with only your comfort in mind.
After a beautiful day of sightseeing, or a late-night enjoying Brighton’s nightlife, the roof terrace is a luscious spot to unwind. It is a quiet oasis, situated on a raised sun terrace, with plenty of comfy seating, and it’s an idyllic spot to chill out with some drinks or a BBQ.
The house is the perfect hideaway to retreat to after exploring the city. There’s plenty of space to spread out, with a huge open plan lounge, drinks area, and dining room. When it’s time to relax and get cosy, there are plenty of cushions, snug sofas, and a smart TV equipped with Netflix, as well as lots of little hidden nooks and sofas to sit around chatting in.
There is a fully stocked kitchen and dining area, that is perfect for anyone looking to prepare a large group meal. You’ll find plenty of teas, fresh coffee, and all the cooking essentials you need, so please help yourself! The kitchen opens out into a large dining area, providing a perfect place to have a dinner party. The open planned space means you can chat away as you cook or prepare cocktails for your night.
There are 6 beautiful, light, and airy bedrooms. Two have beautiful king-size beds and the other four have twin beds. There are 5 comfy sofa beds as well, with 4 of these being located in bedrooms and not the social areas. The sofa beds have full width, double mattresses pull out from inside them and hotel-quality bed linen.
There are two large bathrooms with two-person showers, and one roll-top bath, there is also an extra shower room and separate toilet; meaning there is plenty of room for everyone to get washed and ready at the same time so as not to delay getting out.
Toiletries like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryers are all fully provided, as well as plenty of hotel quality towels. There are lots of mirrors dotted around the different rooms for getting ready.
A travel crib and high chair are always available on request as well as plenty of family amenities.
This is a totally unique house with an aura of tranquillity that will make your stay in Brighton a special one.
Parking available however this is paid parking which is a 5 minute walk from the property (circa £15 per 24 hours).

The house boasts two sunny roof terraces, perfect for dining in the sun!
This is situated next to a lovely pub. It’s mostly quiet but very occasionally they can make noise.

There are tables and chairs, along with plenty of plants and greenery, making it an idyllic spot to relax with a glass of wine.
There’s plenty of space to spread out. When it’s time to relax and get cozy, the lounge has the perfect set up with plenty of cushions, snug sofas, and a smart TV equipped with Netflix!

There are 3 beautiful, light, and airy bedrooms; the master bedroom has a beautiful wooden bed and a traditional fireplace. The second and third bedrooms both have twin beds. There is also a desk in one of the bedrooms which makes the perfect work space. The spacious lounge provides a further comfy sofa bed, which is a full size double.
The bathroom is bright and airy and leads straight out onto the roof terrace. There’s a full size roll top bath and shower. Toiletries like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and towels are all provided. There are plenty of mirrors around the house. There’s also an additional separate toilet, which is great for when there is a group of you.

You will have the entire house and both the roof terraces all to yourselves to enjoy, so please make yourselves feel at home!
