Blue Monkey is a luxurious, 5 bed self-catering holiday home in Cawsand, South East Cornwall.

It is seconds from the sea and ideally suited for the perfect baby and pet-friendly holiday.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside and a stones’ throw from three sandy beaches, Cawsand Beach, Kingsand Beach and The Cleave. Ten-minutes drive takes you to Polhawn Fort and Whitsand Bay: this gorgeous bolthole has something for everyone.

From the moment you arrive, you will feel at home. A delicious array of seasonal goodies and a bottle of bubbles await, so you can start your holiday the moment you walk through the door.

Blue Monkey is perfectly appointed for young children and babies so parents will feel at ease in this seaside haven. Well behaved dogs are also welcome so you can bring the whole family.

The Space

Living Room: The living space is mostly open-plan with comfortable sofa and chairs and an open large stone fire, it’s the perfect place to curl up with the papers or a good book.

Kitchen: The open-plan living space is ideal for a family who want to spend time together. Fully equipped with all modern appliances and culinary accoutrements such as decent knives & crockery.

Dining Room: Comfortable oak chairs gather around a large dining table for 8-10 illuminated by wall hanging candles set into the exposed stone wall.

Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms in total (2 super king beds in the en suites, 1 king, 2 singles in the twin room and a Bunk bed). 4 of the bedrooms are light and airy double boutique style bedrooms and 1 bunk room dressed with crisp white Egyptian bed linen & fluffy white towels. When the sea-air has worked its soporific powers on you, collapse into the super-comfortable beds & drift into a slumber like no other.

Bathrooms: Both spacious ensuite bathrooms on the first-floor, beg for guests to enjoy some R & R. The top bedrooms share a bathroom and there is a downstairs bathroom off the utility room.

The Garden: You can make the most of long summer evenings and entertain amid the pretty private garden thanks to a barbecue and an outdoor lighting and dining area.

• A bespoke concierge service is offered to all guests, so if it’s your first time to the area or you’re a seasoned traveller, they are on hand to help.
• You will find 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks in the garden, free for guests to use during your stay.
