Ashleigh House is an Edwardian house which has 10 Bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. It has a Hot Tub & Snooker Table, and the entire house rental will be totally private for your group booking. There is parking for numerous vehicles.
There is easy access to Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and the Cotswolds. Only one mile from the historic market town of Henley-in-Arden, which boasts numerous pubs and quality restaurants. Outside Catering is also Available.
Only 1 mile from beautiful Henley in Arden and only 8 miles to either Stratford upon Avon or Warwick.
Things to note
Although very private, there are neighbouring properties, so guests must be mindful of making too much noise especially at night. Considering this, we have a rule that the hot tub should only be used up until 11.00 pm. No live bands, or music after 11.00pm.
Only those staying at the property are permitted on site up to the maximum number that the property sleeps.
